ROLE SUMMARY

This is a rare opportunity to take on a one-of-a-kind role at a renowned antique and vintage jewellery brand based in central Bristol.

Lillicoco are looking to recruit a Social Media & Content Executive to run our social channels day-to-day: planning content, shooting it, editing it, posting it and looking after our community. Instagram is our main channel and where you will spend most of your time. We also want to build a presence on TikTok, which you will develop over your first six months, as well as Pinterest and Facebook.

This is a hands-on production role. You will work closely with our co-founder, Stacey, who appears on camera for the brand. A big part of the job is filming with her in short weekly sessions — planning what to shoot, then editing the footage into posts and Reels. You will also photograph and film the jewellery itself: close-ups, hands, natural light, and the stories behind the pieces, from reading hallmarks to what we found at auction.

For the right person, this is a chance to shape how one of the UK's leading online antique jewellery businesses shows up on social media!

Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend posting (with time off in lieu)
Based at our Clifton, Bristol headquarters — this is an on-site role

SALARY & BENEFITS

Up to £30,000-£35,000 total compensation including bonuses, £27,000–£32,000 basic salary depending on experience.
Private healthcare provided by Bupa
Quarterly and annual bonuses based on company performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
