About Leaders.inc
Leaders.inc exists to help ambitious leaders grow stronger businesses and become better leaders through shared experience, trusted expertise and a proven framework for growth.
We bring together business owners and senior leaders in high-value peer groups, supported by experienced chairs and world-class speakers across leadership, marketing, people, systems, finance and business performance.
As we continue to grow, we're building a stronger social and content presence to bring our community, events and expertise to a wider audience.
We also produce EA Masters a large scale event once a year which will be included in a lot of the requirements.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join our growing team.
This role would suit someone who loves creating content, has a natural eye for design and storytelling, and enjoys being around people. You don't need years of experience, what matters most is attitude: curiosity, creativity, initiative and a genuine desire to grow.
You'll be the person bringing Leaders.inc to life across social media, planning and posting content, designing graphics, editing video, and getting out to our events to capture the energy of our community first-hand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
