We are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive who truly lives and breathes the digital landscape and has a professional and personal passion for all things social. The Social Media & Content Executive is part of the Revolution Beauty Social team working across our Revolution beauty brands and will play an integral role in delivering exciting, innovative content and social strategies, supporting 360 launch plans and driving growth. You will work closely with the Influencer and Ecommerce teams to define and communicate the broader brand narrative and act as our brand guardian on social. We know that social media is a key part of the customer journey, so our community is at the heart of what we do. As the Social Media & Content Executive you will drive conversation with our community, always looking for new ways to engage them and build that brand love.

What you'll do:
- Social planning: working collaboratively with Social, PR, Brand & Influencer team to plan the content calendar, aligning focuses to campaigns and trends and sharing with the wider team to ensure cohesiveness across all channels.
- Activation: publishing, and/or scheduling where required, content across all relevant channels ensuring content goes out at the right time for maximum engagement.
- Trend monitoring and content ideation: stay on top of trends to feed into the social and wider marketing teams and support on content ideation and campaign briefing.
- Community engagement: monitor daily and engage with comments, DMs, and tags. Ensuring we’re responding to our community and building brand love.
- Reporting: tracking and compiling insights on relevant KPIs for weekly and monthly reports. Supporting the wider team with social insights as required.
- Create and produce assets specifically for use on our social media channels as well as any requests from partner channels coming in.
- Support digital & In store POS requirements facilitating the shooting of makeup looks where needed within the team.
- To support the execution and ongoing management of our Rev Gen community programme.
- Aid with business sample coordination when required.
- Support end-to-end outreach to UGC creators and influencers, identifying and engaging creators who align with our community and brand voice.

What you'll have:
- Passionate about social media and a strong understanding of platforms, tools and best practices
- Personal interest in beauty and staying up to date with industry trends
- Creatively minded with the ability to produce visually appealing, engaging content
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision making
- Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
