Love making content? Come make ours.
We’re on a mission to help people be proudly, passionately pro-bacteria. Founded in 2020 when Ollie’s battle with gut health sent him searching for real answers, we started with a podcast - and now millions of people later, we’re building the category-defining brand for microbiome health.
Just like the gut itself, we’re powered by the right ingredients in the right combination: science-backed thinking, natural formulations that are low-tox but high-efficacy, and a team of brilliant Gutologists who genuinely believe that feeling good starts from the inside out. We’re ambitious, values-led, and growing fast - expanding our community of converts, our retailer list, and our reach across an ever-growing number of countries. Our goal? £25m in annual Gross Sales within three years. We’re the ones making bacteria the next big thing, and we’re just getting started.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
