Company Description

JB Mental Performance provides personalised, evidence-based mental performance coaching to athletes, helping them develop confidence, focus, resilience and composure under pressure. Services include one-to-one coaching, team workshops, mental performance workbooks and support for parents of competitive athletes.

JB Mental Performance works with athletes internationally across multiple sports, with a particular focus on tennis. Coaching is available online worldwide, with in-person sessions also available.

Role Description

JB Mental Performance is looking for a creative Social Media Content Intern to help grow its presence on Instagram, with opportunities to create content for TikTok as well.

This is a flexible, part-time remote internship suited to someone looking to gain practical experience and build their social media portfolio.

The professional content, mental performance topics and key messaging will be provided. Your role will be to turn these ideas and existing material into engaging, professional social media content.

Responsibilities will primarily include:

  • Creating and editing short-form Reels
  • Designing Instagram posts and carousels
  • Creating engaging Instagram Stories
  • Turning provided mental performance content into accessible social media material
  • Maintaining consistent JB Mental Performance branding across content
  • Suggesting creative ideas based on current social media trends

  • Experience or interest in social media content creation
  • Comfortable creating short-form video content
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools
  • Creative with a good eye for visual design
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in sport, psychology or athlete development is beneficial
  • Students, recent graduates and individuals building a content portfolio are encouraged to apply
