Social Media & Content Intern

OMB Holdings · London / Hybrid · Internship

OMB Holdings is a UK-based investment and holding company with a portfolio of businesses across proptech, FMCG distribution, automotive and lifestyle.

We're looking for someone creative, switched on and genuinely interested in social media to help us build our brand presence across the group from the ground up. You'll work across our portfolio companies, not just one, so the variety is real and the exposure is broad.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on internship. You'll be involved in real content work from day one, not just watching from the sidelines.

  • Coming up with ideas for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn across our portfolio brands
  • Researching trends, formats and what our audiences are actually talking about
  • Helping plan and prepare social content across multiple brands and sectors
  • Writing captions, hooks and short-form video ideas
  • Helping create and adapt posts and short-form content
  • Joining us on content shoots, helping on the day and seeing how it all comes together
  • Supporting UGC creators, street interviews and other content activations
  • Posting content and keeping an eye on what performs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Previous agency or internship experience is not essential. What we want to see is your work.

How to Apply

Send us your CV, examples of content you've created, and one idea you'd bring to any one of our brands.

Your examples could be anything, TikToks or Reels, social pages you've worked on, graphics or carousels, videos you've edited, university or personal projects, your own accounts. It doesn't need to be professional client work. We just want to see what you can actually make and how you think about content.
