MADE Careers is working with a growing international interior design studio looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to take creative ownership of its social presence, alongside the developing personal platform of its Founder.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for creating content across both the studio and Founder’s channels, from project and studio content through to events, travel and day to day founder led storytelling.
Working directly with the Founder and Head of Marketing, you’ll have the freedom to spot the stories, develop the ideas and create content people actually want to follow.
The Role
- Own content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Film, photograph and edit Reels, Stories, carousels and short form video
- Capture projects, studio life, events, travel and behind the scenes moments
- Develop original concepts and recurring content series
- Help build the Founder’s personal platform across design, entrepreneurship, wellness and lifestyle
- Develop distinct visual identities and tones of voice across both brands
- Grow audiences organically and use performance insights to develop the strategy
- Work alongside the wider marketing and PR teams on campaigns, events and collaborations

Requirements
- Proven social/content experience within a creative, design, founder led or premium lifestyle brand
- A strong portfolio of visually compelling social first content
- Excellent filming, photography and video editing skills
- Confidence creating content independently from idea through to finished post
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- A brilliant visual eye and natural instinct for storytelling
- Genuine interest in interiors, hospitality, wellness, fashion and contemporary culture
- Experience developing a founder led personal brand would be a real advantage
