About Stride
Stride is a preventative health membership built on a full multi-omic health profile: DNA, microbiome, blood biomarkers, epigenetics, and oral health. Over 500 biomarkers tested twice a year, paired with practitioner-led guidance on nutrition, training, and supplements.
The Role
Own Stride's social presence end to end: strategy, content, posting, and community. Sit close to Growth, feeding organic insight into paid and vice versa. Hands-on role: shooting, editing, writing, and posting content directly, plus briefing external creators where useful.
What This Covers
Content and Channels
- Plan, create, and publish content across core channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook to start)
- Build a native feel for each platform rather than repurposing one format everywhere
- Build creator and partner relationships for UGC and collaborations
- Track trends in health, wellness, and longevity content and act fast
Community
- Manage comments, DMs, and organic engagement across channels
- Act as the front line for how members experience Stride's personality
- Flag recurring questions or friction points to the wider team

Growth Partnership
- Partner with the Growth Lead on organic-to-paid handoffs and creative signals
- Support TikTok Shop and other organic-commerce surfaces
- Feed content performance into funnel reporting
Measurement
- Track engagement and content performance across channels
- Test formats, hooks, and posting cadence systematically
- Report on social's contribution to awareness, traffic, and conversion
How Success Is Measured
- Follower growth and engagement rate
- Content output and consistency
- Organic-to-paid handoff quality
- Community response time and quality
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years in social/content, ideally DTC, subscription, or health and wellness
- Hands-on shooting and editing ability, not just briefing others
- A clear point of view on what stops the scroll, and why
- Comfort across multiple platforms with different native formats
- Some exposure to how organic and paid social interact
- Fluency with AI tools for scripting, editing, research, and ideation
- Strong written voice, comfortable representing the brand directly
- Self-direction to build a function largely solo, with support rather than a big team
