About Stride
The health optimisation company on a mission to help millions move from normal to optimal. Most people are guessing when it comes to their health. We’re here to change that.
Stride is the UK’s first digital home for health optimisation, an integrated system combining DNA, blood, and microbiome testing with expert coaching, high-quality supplements, and ePharmacy services.
We turn 500+ biomarkers into clear, actionable steps that adapt as your biology changes, helping you go from insight to action and from reactive to proactive health.
The Role
This is yours to build. You'll own Stride's social presence from the ground up: strategy, content, posting, community, all of it. You'll work closely with our Growth Lead so organic insight shapes paid, and paid learnings shape organic.
It will be genuinely hands-on: shooting, editing, writing and posting the content yourself, briefing external creators when it helps rather than relying on them to do the thinking.
What You'll Be Doing
Content & Channels
- Plan, create and publish across our core channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook to start)
- Get a real feel for what each platform wants, rather than recycling one format everywhere
- Build relationships with creators and partners for UGC and collaborations
- Stay close to what's moving in health, wellness and longevity content, and act on it fast
Community
- Handle comments, DMs and everyday engagement across our channels
- Be the first point of contact for how people experience Stride's personality
- Flag recurring questions or friction back to the wider team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A People team built for ambitious businesses
The old model for People & Talent doesn’t work for today's businesses. We've built a better one.
Traditionally, early-stage Founders had two options: handle People & Talent themselves, losing precious time they should be spending on product or go-to-market, or hire a generalist, expected to cover everything from culture to recruitment to performance. We offer a more impactful alternative: A fully flexible, fractional People & Talent team with specialist skillsets and hands-on delivery, ready to start driving impact for your business in weeks, not months.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
