About EL&N London:

Founded in London in 2017, EL&N has grown into one of the world's most recognisable café and lifestyle brands, operating 35 locations across 12 countries. As we continue our international expansion and develop new concepts within our growing portfolio, we are looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager to join our Global Marketing team.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our HQ team. Reporting directly into our Global Head of Marketing & Communications, you will have the opportunity to show off your creativity, innovation and excellent organizational skills whilst contributing towards the growth of one of the most followed Instagram accounts in the food and beverage industry. Your passion towards all things content creation, food and coffee will drive our social media presence across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the global social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Create, shoot, edit and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop social media strategies for new store openings, campaigns, launches and activations.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and social copy.
  • Identify and respond to relevant social trends, formats and opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Develop paid social campaigns to support global brand and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to support local market and store-level promotional activity.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular social media insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity and messaging across all social channels.

About You:

  • 4+ years' experience in social media management, content creation or a similar role, either in-house or agency.
  • Proven experience developing and growing social media channels for a consumer-facing brand.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and social publishing/scheduling platforms.
  • Confident creating and editing photo and video content using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats and audience engagement.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and presenting performance insights.
  • Commercially aware, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
