We have big plans for the future of Minor Figures. As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we want to welcome curious, free-spirited, bold thinkers to help us continue to create and evolve. We value individuality and a team made up of people who bring a diverse range of experiences and perspectives to the table. SALARY BANDING

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a social-first thinker who can translate Minor Figures' culture into content that makes people feel like they're part of something. You'll own our organic social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — shaping how the brand shows up culturally, building engagement with our audience, and developing content that supports both brand growth and D2C performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, and execute consistently. You'll be the person who launches Minor Figures on TikTok for the first time — building the channel from zero, establishing our voice, and growing an early community. TikTok is a new chapter for us and we want someone who's as excited about it as we are! You will work across global teams to develop a cohesive global social presence.

You will be responsible for creating social content that’s anything but boring. Interesting, weird and uniquely Minor Figures. You'll work closely with our Head of Ecommerce, whose job is to put paid spend behind what you build organically — so the two functions feed each other.

Beyond that, you'll collaborate across EMEA and NAM marketing teams, making sure regional activity is reflected in a joined-up global social calendar that both markets own and input into.

Although there are global responsibilities, this role sits within the EMEA marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing (EMEA).

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Strategy & growth

  • Build and own the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, defining channel approach, content pillars, and audience priorities
  • Identify growth opportunities: content formats, platform moments, creator partnerships, and audience behaviour that can move the needle
  • Co-own the global social calendar with NAM marketing so market-level activity and always-on content are always aligned
  • Set the framework for how Minor Figures shows up on social: tone, formats, cadence, and creative direction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Produce social-first content from concept through to posting - video, static, reels, and stories
  • Lead the MF TikTok launch - build the channel strategy from scratch, establish our voice, grow the early community, and set the standard for how Minor Figures shows up on the platform
  • Manage LinkedIn for EMEA ensuring brand presence is consistent and relevant marketing activity is captured. You will also work closely with NAM Marketing on NAM specific Linkedin posts
  • Manage the content calendar day-to-day, ensuring everything that goes out is on-brand, on-time, and platform-appropriate

Work closely with our Head of Ecommerce to ensure organic content is built with paid amplification in mind feeding a consistent creative pipeline for paid social

Reporting

  • Own organic KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and content performance across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM

ABOUT YOU

  • 3-4 years of experience in social media or content creation for a consumer brand — you've owned a channel, made the content, and grown an audience
  • You're a confident and creative content producer — comfortable on camera, directing shoots, editing on mobile, and producing content for TikTok and Reels
  • You’re a strategic thinker who understands what makes a channel grow, how to spot opportunities in emerging trends, and how to translate audience behaviour into content that actually performs
  • You understand the relationship between organic and paid social, creating content with amplification in mind, not just organic reach
  • You have experience working with influencers and creators, knowing how to brief, build relationships, and get great content out of partnerships
  • You're highly organised and collaborative - able to manage a content calendar across multiple channels and coordinate across markets
  • You're comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you're expected to get stuck in and bring energy
  • You have a genuine passion for culture, community, and authentic storytelling
  • A genuine understanding of specialty coffee, hospitality, or food and drink is a real plus
