Social Media & Content Manager

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to lead social media execution and brand communications in partnership with the Head of Brand & Marketing and video team. This person will be responsible for turning ideas, stories, expertise, and brand priorities into compelling social content — from content calendar to filming, editing, writing, publishing, and analyzing performance.

The ideal candidate understands how to build a strong brand presence, but they are equally comfortable picking up a camera, editing a Reel, creating a carousel, writing a strong hook, or shaping a founder's thought into content that feels authentic and platform-native. This is a hands-on content creation role. You will be expected to take content from idea to finished asset. Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first content.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other platforms.
  • Create and edit carousels, static posts, graphics, and other social formats.
  • Add captions, subtitles, text overlays, transitions, music, sound, and other edits appropriate to the platform.
  • Repurpose longer-form content into multiple social assets.
  • Develop strong hooks and opening frames designed to capture attention.
  • Identify cultural trends and conversations that create relevant opportunities for the brand to participate.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual quality while keeping content feeling native and authentic to social.
  • Manage the content production process from initial concept through final edit and publishing.
  • Use tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent editing platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
