Brighton | Hybrid – hybrid and flexible working (minimum 3 days in the office based on Brighton) | Approx. £35,000
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who is socially obsessed (in the best possible way!).
You understand that what worked six months ago might not work today. You know the difference between jumping on a trend because everyone else is doing it and spotting an opportunity that genuinely makes sense for the brand.
You’ll be plugged into the wider social landscape – from emerging formats and creators to changing audience behaviours – and have a point of view on where Pour Moi should show up next. This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be as comfortable planning the social calendar and digging into performance as you are picking up your phone to capture content, briefing a creator or turning around a reactive TikTok or EGC piece with one of our very willing employees!
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and take real ownership of their area, while collaborating closely with the wider team. You’ll be organised and forward-thinking, but equally ready to react quickly when a great social opportunity comes along.
What You'll Be Doing
-
Own our social channels & content calendar
Take ownership of Pour Moi’s organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms. You’ll plan and manage the social calendar, balancing campaigns and commercial moments with reactive, entertaining and social-first content. You’ll understand the role each platform plays, including tools such as LTK, and know how content needs to flex across them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll create with both organic and paid social in mind, working closely with our paid media team to develop creative that performs across Meta and TikTok.

Collaborate across Pour Moi – and help us grow in the US
Work closely with Design, Buying, Merchandising and the wider Marketing team, always looking for stories and social opportunities from across the business. As Pour Moi continues to grow in the US, you’ll also contribute to our US social and content approach, helping us understand what resonates and how we adapt while keeping the Pour Moi brand at its heart.
About Pour Moi
Since selling our first bra back in 2005, Pour Moi has grown into one of the UK’s leading lingerie, swimwear and fashion brands – but one thing hasn’t changed: we’re obsessed with fit. Our lingerie and swimwear is designed by our talented in-house team in Brighton, who know that the right fit can completely change how you feel. From the first sketch to the final product, we think about real bodies, great design and the little details that make a big difference. Today, Pour Moi spans lingerie, swimwear, clothing, sportswear, nightwear and hosiery, selling directly to our customers as well as through partners including Next, M&S, Very and ASOS.
Ultimately, we want our customers to feel confident in what they wear, whether that's finding a bra that actually fits, swimwear they can't wait to get on holiday in, or an outfit they feel great walking out the door in.
And now we're looking for someone who can bring that same energy to our social channels
