We're a British luxury outdoor furniture brand creating timeless pieces for exceptional homes, hotels, and hospitality spaces. We work alongside interior designers, landscape architects, architects, and discerning homeowners, and our ambition is to become one of the UK's most recognised names in luxury outdoor living.
The role
This isn't a salaried social media manager position, and we'd rather be direct about that from the start.
We're looking for a Content Growth Partner - someone entrepreneurial who will build our content engine and share in the commercial results of it. The retainer is deliberately modest. The commission is uncapped. If you build something that sells, you earn accordingly.
You'll work directly with the founder, with genuine creative freedom and real influence over how the brand is built.
How it pays
- Retainer - £500 per month to start, rising to £1,000 and then £1,500 as sustained attributed revenue grows
- Commission - 10% on the first £50,000 of monthly revenue attributed to organic social, tapering above that. A flat 3% on revenue attributed to paid campaigns using your content
- Bonuses - £500 for a piece of content passing 500,000 organic views, £500 at 10,000 genuine Instagram followers, £500 for 50 attributed enquiries in a month
- No cap on earnings

What you'll do
- Develop monthly content strategy, briefs, and scripts
- Film and edit short-form video - 20 to 30 pieces a month
- Daily Instagram Stories, plus regular founder content
- Product, lifestyle, showroom, and customer installation photography and video
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, including community engagement
- Report monthly on performance, and act on what it tells you
Most of this is fast-turnaround content shot on a phone. Premium production is planned and scoped separately.

Practical
- Self-employed contractor. Flexible and largely remote, with regular time at the showroom and on location
- Free to work with other clients, provided they don't compete with us
- Three-month trial period, then a twelve-month initial term
