Social Media & Content Manager - a21 UK
About the role
We are looking for a creative, digitally minded Social Media & Content Manager to join the Marketing team at a21 UK, working across IWSC, Club Oenologique and our growing consumer event portfolio.
This role will play a key part in shaping the digital presence of our brands, creating engaging content, growing communities and bringing competitions, editorial stories, partnerships and events to life across social channels.
Success in this role means building engaged audiences, creating high-quality content that resonates with our communities, and using insights and data to continually improve performance across channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across IWSC, Club Oenologique and a21 UK consumer event channels.
- Own social media calendars and deliver engaging, timely content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
- Create social-first content including short-form video, reels, stories, graphics, carousels and campaign assets.
- Develop content around IWSC winners, judges, producers, competitions, events and industry stories.
- Bring Club Oenologique editorial content, expert voices and drinks discoveries to life across digital channels.
- Support paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, budget management and performance optimisation.
- Monitor and report on channel performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Use audience insights and trends to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, editorial, events and commercial teams to maximise campaign impact.

Qualifications
- Strong experience managing social media channels and creating digital content.
- Experience developing content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
- Strong content creation skills, including short-form video, copywriting and visual storytelling.
- Experience running paid social campaigns, with knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools to measure performance and identify insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of premium brand positioning.
- Interest in wine, spirits, food, hospitality or luxury lifestyle sectors is a plus.
