Role Description
The Social Media & Content Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Sheffield. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote travel services, educational consulting offerings, and international arts initiatives. The individual will manage social media calendars, monitor performance metrics, and adapt content strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Daily tasks include:
- Coordinating with sales and travel teams
- Conducting basic market and audience research
- Responding to online inquiries
- Maintaining consistent brand messaging

The role also requires:
- Collaborating on campaigns
- Optimizing content for various digital channels
- Supporting promotional activities for events, student recruitment, and artist showcases
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing, including developing and executing social media and content strategies.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to create clear, compelling content and engage online audiences.
- Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to support lead generation and conversion through digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing software) is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in office technology, including printing, scanning, emailing, uploading, and managing electronic documents and files.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing; experience within travel, education, or arts sectors is a plus.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
