As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Content & Brand Manager, while working closely with the Marketing Team, PR agencies, and restaurant management teams for the management of our London and Paris social media channels.

Where are we located?

The position will be based in our Support Office located on Borough High Street, neighboring the Shard and a stone’s throw away from the historic Borough Market. Our Support Office is conveniently next to Borough station, and a 5-minute walk away from London Bridge station—making it well connected to Central and Greater London.

Your Day At Aqua

  • Content Planning & Publishing: Plan, schedule and publish creative social media content across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Community Management & Campaign Support: Manage daily social media engagement by responding to customer enquiries, fostering relationships with online communities, and monitoring feedback.
  • Influencer Coordination & Performance Reporting: Assist with influencer and creator partnerships by maintaining databases and coordinating collaborations. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, while tracking performance metrics and contributing to monthly reports.

You will be paid £26,487.64 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you between £4,512.36 and £6,512.36 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
