WE’RE HIRING | Social Media & Marketing Coordinator – Part-Time
Location: Witham, Essex
Hours: Part-time, with the opportunity to progress to full-time
Working arrangement: Predominantly office-based with some flexibility
arlo is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day social presence, understand our business and audience, plan ahead and help us tell the arlo story.

arlo consultancy services is a growing consultancy supporting businesses across the UK with Health & Safety, HSEQ, HR, ISO Management Systems, Training and business compliance.
We’re a close-knit team with ambitious growth plans, and we’re now looking to strengthen our in-house marketing capability.
The role
Working closely with our Managing Director and wider team, you’ll be responsible for helping plan, create and manage our marketing and social media activity, including:
- Developing and managing our social media and content calendar
- Creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Designing professional, on-brand content using Canva
- Writing engaging social copy that reflects the arlo brand
- Planning campaigns around our services, training, events and company milestones
- Creating Reels, short-form video and behind-the-scenes content
- Capturing content at events, training days and team activities
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
- Supporting blogs, website content, email campaigns and marketing materials
- Bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership rather than simply waiting for a brief

What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Confident using Canva
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, strategise and manage a content calendar
- Good understanding of branding and visual consistency
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
Experience in videography, photography, video editing, audio/content production, SEO, email marketing, website management or Adobe Creative Suite would be a real advantage.
