Senior Paid Social Marketing Executive

Location: London – Leicester Square | Hybrid, 3 days per week

Our Client is a leading UK media and entertainment business with a growing focus on digital products and new customer experiences. They are investing in an exciting subscription proposition and building a team focused on turning audience engagement into long-term customer growth. Please note this role is offered on an initial 12-month contract with strong scope to go perm!

The Opportunity

  • Join a new and growing area of the business, helping shape how Paid Social drives subscription and customer acquisition.
  • Take ownership beyond campaign activation, with exposure to creative, conversion, and the wider customer journey.
  • Work closely with teams across Product, CRM, Content, and Acquisition.
  • Test new audiences, creative approaches, and campaign strategies with a strong focus on learning and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize conversion-led Paid Social campaigns.
  • Work primarily across Meta and YouTube, managing targeting, retargeting, and lookalike activity.
  • Brief and collaborate on creative assets designed to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Support tracking, attribution, reporting, and ongoing testing.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta; YouTube experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience managing performance or conversion-led campaigns.
  • Confidence with campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and performance reporting.
  • A strong understanding of metrics including ROAS and conversion performance.
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working independently across multiple projects.
  • Experience with app marketing, subscriptions, or tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Braze, or Amplitude would be advantageous but is not essential.
