We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Coordinator to help create fast, high-quality content across ZOE’s social channels.
This is a craft-focused role for someone who enjoys turning impactful ideas into content quickly through filming, editing, writing, and publishing work that is clear, credible, and valuable to our audience.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager to keep our channels consistent, reactive, and improving, with a strong focus on short-form video and platform-native storytelling.
👥 The Team
The superstar team you’ll work directly with:
- ZOE’s Social Media Manager (your Line Manager)
- ZOE’s Content, Creative Studio, Marketing, Product, and PR teams
- ZOE’s expert spokespeople and contributors
Our team moves quickly, values experimentation, and iterates based on data and reaction.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Content Creator: Film, edit, and publish short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, delivering 7+ high-quality posts per week that are clear, engaging, and on-brand.
- Editing & Optimisation Specialist: Turn raw footage into multiple high-performing formats, shaping pacing, hooks, and structure to maximise retention and clarity.
- Copy & Tone Writer: Write sharp, platform-native captions and scripts, adapting tone of voice across ZOE and our expert spokespeople.
- On-Set Operator: Support and run London-based shoots, capturing strong content efficiently, working with senior talent, and spotting opportunities in the moment.
- Reactive Content Builder: Move quickly from idea to publish, turning around timely, relevant content within 24-48 hours without compromising quality.
- Organisation & Workflow Owner: Keep content pipelines running smoothly by managing assets, versions, and approvals so nothing slips and everything is easy to find.
- Creative Collaborator: Work with the Social Media Manager to evolve formats, test new ideas, and improve performance across our core content series.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
