About The Role

Join OhMyFood as we launch London’s first home-cooked food marketplace. This role begins with a 45-day remote training period, designed to help you learn our systems, processes, and brand voice. On your 30th day, we will conduct a formal HR review and discuss conversion into a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and role availability.

You’ll help shape OhMyFood’s digital presence by creating engaging content, supporting chef storytelling, managing community interactions, and building a warm, relatable brand across social platforms. Ideal for someone creative, organised, social-media savvy, and excited to help build a food-tech startup from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute OhMyFood’s social media strategy for Phase 1 launch.
  • Plan content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging captions, campaign ideas, reel concepts, and storytelling formats around home-cooked food, chefs, and community.
  • Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and content team to produce high-quality visual and video content.
  • Lead social media campaigns tailored for the UK food, hospitality, and consumer market.
  • Manage daily community engagement – comments, messages, brand mentions, and audience interactions.
  • Identify trends, sounds, formats, and influencer opportunities relevant to food and lifestyle audiences.
  • Support influencer outreach, creator collaborations, and community-led growth.
  • Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and campaign results.
  • Share weekly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Ensure all content aligns with OhMyFood’s brand voice, values, and customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
