Social & Paid Media Executive

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum DOE
Location: Maidenhead / Hybrid

Our client is a growing independent marketing agency helping brands build stronger audiences and deliver measurable results across social, PR, paid media and digital. Their work spans an exciting mix of consumer brands, particularly across the health, wellbeing and pet sectors, with a close-knit team where people can develop their skills across disciplines.

The Opportunity

A genuinely hybrid social role, combining organic content and paid social rather than focusing exclusively on one side.

  • Join a growing team and work alongside an Organic Content Manager and Paid Social Manager, learning from specialists across both areas.
  • You don't need to be an expert in paid social - what matters is having some awareness of Meta Ads Manager and being keen to develop your platform skills.
  • Equally, candidates coming from a predominantly paid background who want to develop their creative and organic social experience will be considered.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure rather than being pigeonholed into one area of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day organic social activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging social content, including copy, graphics and short-form video.
  • Assist with Meta paid campaigns, including audiences, budgets, creative testing and performance monitoring.
  • Support community management, content calendars, reporting and campaign analysis.
  • Work collaboratively across social, paid media, PR and digital activity for multiple client accounts.
  • Use performance insights to understand what is working and contribute ideas for future campaigns.
  • Develop your knowledge through hands-on training and support from experienced team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
