Your mission

HELLO! is looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator (Cover Role) to oversee and drive performance across all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat. This pivotal role requires a creative and data-driven strategist who can deliver audience growth, engagement, traffic and revenue while building vibrant communities around HELLO!’s content.

Please note this is a fixed term contract of 4 months. We are in the London office three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting, and scheduling across all HELLO! social channels, ensuring platform-specific tone and optimisation.
  • Drive growth, engagement and revenue KPIs across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Snapchat.
  • Create and execute platform-specific content strategies to boost reach, followers and community interaction.
  • Ensure social content aligns with editorial priorities, commercial goals, and brand values.
  • Monitor real-time trends and breaking news, ensuring fast and reactive social coverage in collaboration with the newsroom.
  • Use social analytics and scheduling tools — particularly Dash Hudson and Echobox — to optimise performance and reporting.
  • Work closely with editorial, video and commercial teams to maximise traffic and monetisation opportunities.
  • Continuously analyse social data to inform best practices, testing, and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
