The Opportunity

We're reshaping our in-house social media role into a broader creative position. As Beau Design Studio's client portfolio grows, we're looking for a new team member to join our in-house team, planning, managing and shooting content for several social media accounts, and designing print and digital assets for internal projects and external clients.

About Beau Property & Beau Design Studio

Beau Design Studio is a marketing agency based in the Royal Tunbridge Wells area of Kent, working with developers and property clients across the South East. Beau Design Studio is our in-house creative arm, producing the social content, video and design collateral that brings each development to life, from site-progress reels to brochure-ready graphics. We're a small team with direct client contact and fast turnaround, not a big agency where work gets lost in layers.

About the Role

This is a hands-on creative role split roughly 30% social media management, 30% videography and 40% graphic design. Six months in, you'll be running day-to-day social for our key accounts, producing short-form video from on-site visits, and turning out the graphic assets that go with it: brochures, websites, signage and social creative.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work closely with the wider marketing team, based at our offices in Tunbridge Wells. You don't need to arrive strong in all three areas: there's genuine scope to learn on the job, and we'll support your development in whichever of social media, video or design you want to build up.

What You'll Do

  • Own the social media content calendar and posting schedule across multiple client accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Plan, shoot and edit short-form video (site progress reels, walkthroughs, event coverage, developer Q&As) from equipment setup (camera, lighting, audio) through to a finished edit with captions, graphics and music
  • Design print and digital assets to Beau's and external clients' brand guidelines: brochures, hoarding, web builds, signage, email graphics and social templates
  • Coordinate content shoots on-site with external clients and local businesses
  • Track post performance and adjust the content plan against engagement data
  • Keep video and design assets organised and consistently on-brand across every client account
