Role Description
The Social Media Creator and Videographer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Royal Sutton Coldfield. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning, filming, and editing video content that showcases Tech Secure Group Ltd’s services, projects, and brand story across social media platforms.
- Managing social media channels, creating visually engaging posts, writing concise captions, and optimizing content for audience engagement and reach.
- Collaborating with technical and management teams to capture installations, behind-the-scenes work, and customer success stories in a professional and compliant manner.
- Monitoring performance metrics, suggesting content improvements, and staying current with trends in social media and video production to support marketing objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including planning, filming, lighting, and sound for short-form and long-form content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics tools.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) with a focus on content scheduling and engagement.
- Ability to create clear, compelling captions and social copy, with good spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of social media best practices, including analytics, audience targeting, and content optimization.
- Comfort working on-site around technical installations (such as CCTV and security systems), with an eye for safety and professionalism when filming.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills for working with technical, sales, and management teams.
- Relevant education or training in media, film, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous experience in social media content creation, videography, or marketing within a technical or service-based industry is an advantage.
