Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social channels
  • Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Stay on top of social trends, formats, and platform changes
  • Support influencer and partner content collaborations where relevant

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Create and schedule engaging email content, from newsletters and promotions to lifecycle and post-booking journeys
  • Work with the wider marketing team to plan CRM campaigns around key promotions and seasonal moments
  • Help maintain segmentation and personalisation within our CRM platform
  • Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and engagement to improve future content

Brand & Content Support

  • Create supporting content assets for web, social, and email that keep our brand voice consistent
  • Capture photo and video content at destinations, events, and in-office moments
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to align content with campaign priorities
  • Keep an eye on competitor and industry social activity for fresh ideas

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a social media, content, or CRM/email marketing role
  • A strong eye for content; confident filming and editing short-form video using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar
  • Excellent written communication skills, able to adapt tone of voice across channels
  • Some experience with email marketing or CRM platforms is a plus, but willingness to learn is just as important
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple pieces of content and campaigns at once
  • A genuine interest in social media trends, travel, or the attractions and leisure sector is a big advantage
