Social Media & CRM Executive

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home

About the Company

Our client is a leading UK experiences and attractions business, specialising in helping customers discover and book memorable attractions and activities both in the UK and internationally.

The business works with a wide range of major entertainment, travel, and attractions partners and is continuing to grow its presence across the travel and leisure market.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & CRM Executive to help bring the brand to life across social media, content, and CRM.

This is a hands-on role covering social media, short-form video, and email marketing, making it ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build strong, visible experience across multiple channels.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll create engaging content for social, web, and email, manage the day-to-day social presence, and support CRM campaigns that keep customers engaged throughout their journey.

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, full of ideas, and comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, with a genuine interest in travel, attractions, social media, and connecting with audiences online.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
