Biopharma Group also delivers specialist CDMO services, worldwide, covering feasibility studies, R&D formulation and cycle development, process reviews, lyo lab analysis, contract manufacturing (GMP and non-GMP), consultancy, analytical instruments, and lyophilisation training courses. Role Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, we offer a part-time (2-days per week), on-site Social Media & Digital Content Creator role based in Winchester, UK. This position involves and requires the following:

  • Planning a content calendar for each brand division and sub-sets thereof, with the commercial team’s input to inform and promote business priorities, promotions, industry trend highlights, announcements, and conference activities.
  • Designing branded graphics and adapting content for LinkedIn brand accounts.
  • Creating and editing short videos/animations for LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Drafting/editing technical articles and blogs for the website, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms including working through AEO recommendations.
  • Aiding in the scheduling and content creation of webinars with the support from the commercial and R&D teams.
  • Managing, scheduling, and publishing posts using HubSpot.
  • Monitoring comments and messages on LinkedIn, and encouraging shareholder reposting so the commercial team can better understand market trends.
  • Reviewing reach, engagement, clicks, and other agreed measures to producing a short performance report for regular board and management meetings.
  • Research industry trends, repurpose technical and marketing materials into accessible digital content, and support campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

The role also involves close coordination between the marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure accurate messaging, consistent brand voice, and timely promotion of events, product launches, and thought leadership pieces.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in social and digital fields (preferably in a B2B or B2B2C environment).
  • Strong skills in social media content creation and management, including experience with platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Competence in digital content production, such as writing blogs, web copy, email content, and basic visual or multimedia assets using common creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Synthesia, or ElevenLabs Creative.
  • Experience of HubSpot Marketing & Content Hubs.
  • Ability to plan and execute digital campaigns, including scheduling, audience targeting, and tracking engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, Google Analytics) to evaluate performance and optimize content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or scientific information into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while also operating independently when required.
  • Experience in or interest in the pharma, diagnostics, or biotech sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or media.
  • Ability to easily commute to Winchester.
