About Matresa

Matresa is an early stage clinical-grade, preventative maternal health platform focused on early screening, risk identification, and continuous care across pregnancy, postpartum, and return to work.
We are preparing to launch our app in mid-September to consumers and already have a growing community of engaged mothers across our newsletter, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. Our audience has been built organically, and we are looking for someone to help us build momentum and excitement ahead of launch in September.

About the role

You will work closely with Matresa’s founding team to plan and deliver our social media activity ahead of the app’s release. Your focus will be on growing our B2C audience organically, creating engaging content for mothers and converting that interest into sign-ups and users.

This is a voluntary hands-on role in a small team, with real responsibility from the start. You will have the freedom to contribute ideas, shape campaigns and build practical start-up marketing experience while developing a strong portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
