My client is a social-first creative agency operating at the intersection of web3, frontier tech, AI, culture, and brand. Social isn't just a channel they service — it's the centre of how they think, and the reason world-class clients come to them in the first place.
We are looking for a Social Media Director to own the social department end-to-end: the strategy, the team, the standards, and the P&L.
This is a player-coach role. You will build the frameworks that make the social offering sharp and repeatable, then stay close enough to the work to know when something is genuinely right versus when it’s just finished.

The Role
Department Leadership
- Own the social department’s strategy, standards, direction, and profitability (including client KPIs, campaign performance, and department margins).
Framework & Delivery
- Set the frameworks and ways of working that keep output consistent across accounts.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, always-on content, and major launches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
