Social Media Director
If you believe social media should drive board-level business outcomes rather than superficial vanity metrics, this is your mandate.
Profiles Creative is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Social Media Director to take full strategic, creative, and operational command of a leading social-first agency within the web3, fintech, blockchain, and emerging tech space.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will act as a true player-coach. You will set the high-performance benchmarks for client delivery, direct an agile multidisciplinary team, and take full ownership of department profitability, scoping, and P&L. If you are eager to build, shape playbooks, and create work that commands attention across modern digital culture, we want to hear from you.

- Deliver Measurable Impact: Devise and oversee high-impact organic and paid social strategies that tie directly to client KPIs, business ROI, and commercial outcomes rather than surface-level activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
