Company Description

James Ferguson is an Energy & Longevity Coach specialising in men aged 35–55, helping clients identify what is broken and rebuild what is real in their health and performance.

At the core of this work is The FERG Method, a biomarker-led executive health coaching system designed for high-performing executives, founders, and business owners. The method uses a full diagnostic blood panel and personalised interpretation to avoid guesswork and generic advice, focusing on hormone health, sleep, nutrition, stress, and training based on individual data. Over a six-month process, clients rebuild energy, resilience, and performance without adding hours to already full schedules, supported by an accountability structure that sustains long-term change.

The coaching approach is grounded in lived experience and begins with a diagnostic conversation to ensure the program is the right fit.

Role Description

The Social Media Editor is a temporary, remote role responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s social media presence across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). Day-to-day tasks include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
