The Role
We’re looking for a talented Social Media Editor / Creator to join our marketing team and help bring our stories to life across social platforms. In this role, you’ll create engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X, helping translate longer-form content into social-first edits that connect with audiences.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing, PR and Creative teams to deliver high-quality video assets that support campaigns, events, and studio storytelling.
This is an exciting opportunity for an editor with strong technical skills and a passion for film, storytelling and social media to develop their craft while working with world-class creative content.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form social video content across multiple platforms.
- Repurpose longer-form content into engaging social edits.
- Optimise videos for platform formats and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and PR teams to deliver campaign assets.
- Manage multiple edits and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across social content.
- Support versioning and delivery of video assets for social channels.
- Track and respond to feedback from internal stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone passionate about social storytelling and comfortable working in a collaborative creative environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience editing video content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of social video pacing and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
Desirable
- Basic motion graphics skills in After Effects.
- Experience repurposing long-form content into social edits.
- Interest in film, visual effects or entertainment marketing.
- Familiarity with social media performance metrics.
