Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: London - In office

Reporting to: Senior Brand Marketing Manager


Overview

Hunza G is seeking a Social Media Executive to join our brand marketing team, reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. You’ll have a strong understanding of the social media landscape- content ideation, publishing, community engagement, social listening and reporting, and an eye for what’s next on key platforms.

You live and breathe social, with your finger on the pulse of what’s trending, and you know how to translate that into content that builds community around the Hunza G world. You’re naturally curious, always seeking out best-in-class examples. You’ll support the day-to-day running of our channels, helping bring campaigns, pop-ups, collaborations and product launches to life across social.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the day-to-day execution of social channel activity across platforms
  • Publish content across all channels, working within platform best practice to optimise performance
  • Help track and report on performance across key KPIs, pulling together data and flagging insights to aid planning going forward and share with wider business
  • Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager on social strategy, helping shape and deliver the direction of Hunza G’s social presence
  • Work closely with the Brand Founder and Creative Director to ensure social content reflects Hunza G’s brand vision and creative direction
  • Be confident using Excel to manipulate data for content and campaign reporting
  • Support commerce on social platforms, liaising with relevant teams to keep product catalogues accurate and up to date
  • Help create and schedule social-first content that brings the Hunza G brand narrative to life and build the Hunza world
  • Support the social execution of brand collaborations and partnerships alongside the wider brand marketing team
  • Help source, brief and coordinate creative collaborators (photographers, videographers, content creators and stylists) for social-first content
  • Work closely with the wider marketing and creative team on campaign content and assets
  • Spot and flag trends, helping keep Hunza G part of the wider cultural conversation
  • Support project delivery from content planning through to execution
  • Use social tools for scheduling, listening and performance tracking
  • Stay on top of, and share, news, trends, emerging platforms and interesting examples within fashion and swimwear
  • Manage social coverage of brand activations, pop-ups and events, working closely with wider marketing team and business

EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years experience within social media role, ideally within fashion, beauty, luxury retail or lifestyle sectors.
  • A keen understanding of key social platforms and native content, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
  • A keen interest in social metrics and reporting, with a willingness to learn how to turn data into insights
  • Strong creative instinct with an eye for original, shareable content ideas
  • Some experience supporting social-first brand campaigns or content
  • Exposure to briefing or coordinating creative collaborators or freelancers is a plus
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
