About us

We're OOB. A London-born, globally fluent social agency that turns brands into cultural icons. A studio that ships and refuses to be boring.

We need someone to own the part where the brand actually talks back.

This is the role that lives in the comments, the DMs and the tagged posts. Half of it is community management, keeping client communities active and answered and genuinely heard. The other half is helping the wider team in making accounts run. It's the right role for someone curious about culture, sharp on platforms, who wants to learn the craft of social inside a busy agency.

What you'll do

Community management - 50% of the role

  • Reply. Run day to day community management across client accounts. Comments, DMs, tagged content, all in brand voice. Fast, human, never copy paste.
  • Go looking. Don't wait for the conversation to find you. Use keyword and client name searches to uncover what people are already saying and the spaces each client has a real reason to be in.
  • Read the room. Monitor sentiment. Know the difference between noise and a problem and escalate the second it's the second one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Client account delivery - 20% of the role

  • Show up. Support on client shoots, from prep through to capture on the day.
  • Keep it moving. Content planning, scheduling, publishing, reporting. Calendars on time, posts live, numbers in good shape.

Ideas and research - 20% of the role

  • Bring things in. Trends, formats, references, cultural moments. Put them in front of the team before anyone asks for them.
  • Track it. Watch what's working, for OOB clients and across the wider social landscape. Turn up to brainstorms, calendars and client meetings with something.

Team support - 10% of the role

  • Be the second pair of hands. Uploads, scheduling, asset organisation, reporting prep, plus general office and admin support for the founders. When capacity gets tight, you're the reason it doesn't show.

What good looks like

  • Client communities that feel actively managed. Quick response times, on brand replies, nothing missed.
  • A steady flow of ideas. Trends, references and concepts brought to the team unprompted.
  • A trusted support presence across the social team, with real ownership growing over time.

What you'll bring

  • Early career experience in social media. Agency, in house, or strong placements and internships. All good.
  • Genuinely active across platforms, with a real interest in social culture and what makes content work.
  • Strong writing and a sharp ear for tone of voice. The confidence to reply as a brand, in real time, without a safety net.
  • Organised and reliable. You show up ready to go.
  • Curious and proactive. Asks questions, takes feedback well, brings energy to the room.
