Rooted in the North, our support hub at Quorum Business Park in Newcastle serves as a central space where all our departments come together to collaborate and innovate. Located in a thriving business community, it reflects our strong connection to the region while providing a modern, dynamic environment to drive our collective success.
Role Overview
The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. You will play a vital role in the marketing team to help manage the social media accounts for over 30 different inns, driving reach and engagement with our customers.
Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for all our social media platforms.
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube for all 30 sites, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
- Introduce a relevant scheduling tool suitable for our business and train users to ensure maximum uptake.
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand.
- Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
- Interact with community and followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor social media conversations, identify brand mentions, and respond to customer feedback in brand tone of voice.
- Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and best practices.
- Work with marketing team and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage and track budgets for social media activities.

Requirements
- Degree in relevant field (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in relevant environment.
- Experience executing on social platforms with scheduling tools.
- Confident user of Microsoft Suite, Canva, Cap Cut and similar content creation tools.
- Travel to sites when needed (expenses covered).
- Have a genuine passion for marketing and the hospitality industry.
