Everyman Cinemas

Everyman is a leading cinema and entertainment brand, redefining the premium theatrical experience. Operating 49 venues and 171 screens nationwide, we combine exceptional film programming with elevated hospitality to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Our success is built on a number of distinctive strengths:

  • Expert film curation spanning mainstream and independent releases, cult classics, documentaries, live theatre and music screenings.
  • High-quality, trend-led food and drink, prepared in-house and served directly to seat.
  • Beautifully designed spaces that are desirable social destinations within their local communities.
  • Passionate, motivated and empathetic teams who are committed to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

The Role

The Social Media Exec will be pivotal in increasing the output of what we are doing at Everyman from a social media perspective, supporting the Senior Social Media & Content Manager in developing platform relevant content across the social media landscape.

  • Help bring original content ideas to life, formats that build their own audience and don't depend on jumping on trends.
  • In addition to one-off posts, support the development and launch of Everyman owned content series and repeatable formats, building brand engagement over time.
  • Support in shooting and editing content; long-form, short-form and adapting long-form into short form for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. A particular focus on TikTok content.
  • Build efficient, repeatable editing workflows and templates that speed up turnaround from long-form to short-form without compromising quality.
  • Capture content on-site at events and pop-ups and content opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Senior Social Media & Content Manager on content calendars, campaign rollouts and partner activations.
  • Plotting out schedules for content drops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
