Reporting to: Marketing Manager

At Emilia’s Crafted Pasta, we make fresh, soul-warming pasta; just like Nonna’s. 🍝
We’re looking for a creative, proactive and experienced Social Media Executive to join our growing Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role with a strong level of responsibility and autonomy. You’ll take responsibility for our day-to-day social media, content creation and influencer partnerships, while working closely with the Marketing Manager on wider campaigns and marketing initiatives across our restaurants and retail pasta business.

This role would suit someone with 2+ years of relevant experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and have a real impact on a fast-growing food brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Create, film and edit engaging Reels/TikToks across our restaurants, events and launches.
  • Create and manage Instagram Stories and other day-to-day social content.
  • Develop creative content ideas and video scripts for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Build and manage monthly content plans and oversee our day-to-day social media channels.
  • Manage our influencer collaborations, from research and outreach to implementation.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tagged content and customer feedback.
  • Monitor performance, produce monthly social media reports and identify opportunities to improve content.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media, newsletters and website updates.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaigns, events, restaurant openings and local marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to wider marketing activity across our restaurants and retail pasta business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
