The role
As part of our socials team you will help run the day-to-day of Thursday's organic social. That means creating and posting content across our channels, keeping the feed and Stories alive and on-brand, and coordinating the creators, hosts and UGC that fuel it all. You will work closely with our social and content team, our hosts around the world, and the freelancers and creators who shoot for us.
This is a doing role. You will be in the content every day: writing captions, cutting Reels, planning the week's posts, chasing footage from last night's events and turning it around while it is still hot.
What you'll do
- Create and publish content across Thursday's Instagram and TikTok channels: Reels, Stories, carousels and feed posts
- Own the posting schedule and content calendar, keeping a consistent drumbeat across the week and around event nights
- Write captions and on-screen copy in Thursday's voice: confident, playful, socially aware, never corporate
- Brief creators and UGC talent, manage the back-and-forth, and get usable content in on time
- Work with hosts around the world to capture event content, and turn their raw footage into posts people actually watch
- Collect, organise and tag UGC and event content so the best material is easy to find and reuse
- Spot trends, sounds and formats early and move fast on the ones that fit the brand
- Track what performs, learn from it, and feed that back into what we make next

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
