Salary: £20,000 + Apprenticeship costs + Benefits

Your Mission:
As Marketing & Social Media Executive, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of Wowcher's social media channels, content creation, campaign activity and events programme.
Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Influencer & Brand Partnership Manager, you'll help bring campaigns to life, spot trends, create engaging content and use AI tools to support marketing activity.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, creative and commercially driven brand environment.
Your Quests Include:
Social Media Management
- Support the day-to-day management of Wowcher's social media channels.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Monitor social trends, memes and viral moments.
- Support community management and audience engagement.
- Assist with social media reporting and performance tracking.
- Help ensure content aligns with Wowcher's brand personality and campaign objectives.

Content Creation
- Create social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Edit short-form videos and create basic graphic assets.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content from campaigns and events.
- Repurpose influencer, ambassador and campaign content.
- Organise and maintain content libraries.
AI Marketing Support
- Use AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting and creative development.
- Assist with AI-generated captions, campaign concepts and creative variations.
- Explore new AI tools and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Support the use of AI across content planning and reporting.
Campaign Support
- Support the delivery of key brand and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with campaign administration and coordination.
- Maintain campaign assets and documentation.
- Support the wider Brand team with marketing requests and project coordination.
- Assist with maintaining the Brand Calendar and campaign schedules.
- Strong organisational support.
- Campaigns delivered on time.
Events Support
- Support planning and delivery of brand and influencer events.
- Assist with event logistics, guest management and supplier coordination.
- Capture content during events for social media and future marketing use.
- Support event setup, materials and attendee communications.
- Help ensure events maximise content and engagement opportunities.
Influencer & Partnership Support
- Help coordinate influencer attendance at events and activation
Skills:
Essential
- Passion for social media, digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram or Facebook.
- Basic video editing skills
- Strong written communication skills.
- Creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Interest in AI and emerging marketing technology.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
- Understanding of influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or other content-generation platforms.
