We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.
Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
We're looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of the brand's social media presence - scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube while keeping a meticulously organised content calendar.
You'll act as the connective tissue between creative, copy, and production teams, ensuring assets land on time, meet platform specifications, and stay true to brand guidelines through carefully crafted captions.
You'll be a natural storyteller and trend-spotter, you'll pitch and help produce native, reactive TikTok content- and feel confident stepping in front of the camera when the moment calls for it!
Working collaboratively with other teams, you'll keep conversations timely and authentic, while also tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and turning insights into actionable strategy! Additionally, you're always curious about trends within and beyond the beauty industry, you'll bring fresh thinking to brainstorming sessions and help shape campaigns that are as engaging as they are on-brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
