FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading not-for-profit organisation with the recruitment of a Social Media Executive.

The role will be based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, and will focus on developing new social media income streams, growing supporter acquisition and creating innovative digital fundraising campaigns.

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000, depending on experience + great benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test new social media fundraising and supporter acquisition opportunities.
  • Build campaigns across influencer, affiliate and creator partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to generate income through emerging social platforms and digital formats.
  • Work with creators, partners and online communities to increase reach and engagement.
  • Plan and deliver social media campaigns, challenges and competitions designed to drive supporter growth.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to improve results.
  • Support paid social and digital partnership activity.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and digital teams on campaign strategy.
  • Identify new trends, platforms and monetisation opportunities across social media.
  • Support the continued growth of digital fundraising activity.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience within social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships or digital fundraising.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital trends.
  • Experience delivering campaigns focused on income generation, acquisition or measurable growth.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign data and performance.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and project-management skills.
  • Experience with paid social or social commerce would be advantageous.
  • Charity, not-for-profit or fundraising experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
