Job Title: Social Media Executive
Contract: 3 month fixed-term contract, with potential extension
Salary: pro-rated equivalent to £27,500 to £29,500 depending on experience

Role Overview
Working within the marketing team and reporting into the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Executive plays a key role in supporting the execution of day-to-day social media and community activity across Remi Cachet and Additional Lengths.
This role is social-first and community-led, with a strong emphasis on supporting and engaging Remi Cachet’s professional hairdresser community, while also helping to build aspirational and engaging brand presence across consumer audiences.

The Social Media Executive is responsible for implementing social plans, supporting community engagement and ensuring consistent day-to-day execution across social channels. Working closely with the Social & Community Manager, this role helps bring campaigns, launches and brand storytelling to life across multiple platforms.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the execution of the organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms for Remi Cachet and Additional Lengths.
- Assist with the planning, scheduling and publishing of engaging social content, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Monitor social media performance and report on KPIs, insights and audience engagement to help optimise content and platform growth.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across comments, DMs and tagged content, building strong relationships with stylists, salons, creators and brand partners.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content, stylist advocacy and community storytelling to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate creator, stylist and UGC content, ensuring assets and collaborations are organised and delivered in line with campaign activity.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, competitor activity and social best practices to support innovative and relevant social content.
- Work collaboratively with the wider brand, digital and education teams to support campaigns, launches, events and activations.
About You
We’re ideally looking for someone with:
- Experience in a social media, community or digital marketing role, ideally within hair, beauty or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Passion for social media, community engagement and brand storytelling
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with online communities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of social trends, platform behaviours and audience engagement
- Ability to build positive relationships with stylists, salons, educators and creators
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment
