CALLING ALL CREATIVE SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE!!!
We are a Czech beer brand with over 600 years of heritage, now expanding into the UK market. At Podkovan we do not just sell beer, we create experiences with our customers and build a community around our growing lager. We are currently focusing on new and existing industry accounts, as well as activating at events, festivals and markets. We are a small, energetic team that is very collaborative and enthusiastic about helping the business grow.
This is a rare role: a heritage brand with a blank canvas in a brand-new market, and a creator who gets to shape how it shows up.
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Content Creator, you'll work alongside our growing sales team and Brand Activation Executive to deliver the best social campaigns for us. You'll create new and engaging content, think up innovative ways to reach new audiences, and plan content around our upcoming events. Working with people needs to be second nature, whether that's our team, our customers or the general public. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where you can brainstorm ideas with the team and senior leadership, and you'll have creative freedom over the content and where you think the best opportunity for growth is for the brand. We want to give our new Content Creator the confidence to make the content they are genuinely passionate about. We're looking for someone with get-up-and-go, who motivates themselves and goes after opportunities rather than waiting around. No micro-management here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A BIT ABOUT YOU
You've grown an audience. This one is essential. You've built a following of your own, personally or for a brand you have worked on, and you can show us the numbers and the journey behind them. We want to see that you understand how audiences are actually built, not just how posts are made. You love beer. You appreciate a good lager, you're curious about brewing and the trade, and you actively want to build a career in this industry. This isn't a category you'd be learning to tolerate. You like to travel. Activations, launches, festivals and account visits happen in the evenings, at weekends and outside London. You're up for it, and you know how to turn what happens there into content that genuinely connects with an audience.
