We're hiring our first Social Media & Fashion Content Intern at Pikora (Remote · Europe/EMEA · Unpaid)

Hi! I'm the founder of Pikora, a fashion brand (pikora.it) launching an app that makes discovering fashion feel like play. Instead of endless scrolling, discover new pieces and brands in a smarter, more playful way to find your style. We're growing our community ahead of launch, with a focus on London/UK fashion, and I'm looking for a creative, motivated person to join us at this early, exciting stage.

This is a 3-month remote internship for someone who wants real startup experience, an impressive portfolio, and genuine impact from day one.

What you'll do

  • Create and schedule TikTok content for the app launch
  • Design fashion collages and outfit inspiration for the app and our socials
  • Research TikTok trends, sounds, creators and viral formats
  • Find and reach out to fashion micro-influencers
  • Help build and grow our community ahead of launch
  • Brainstorm campaigns and content ideas with me directly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
