Who we are:

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented, and like-minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Role Overview:

The Social Media and Influencer Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving White Stuff's digital brand visibility. You'll own the planning, scheduling, and reporting for our social media platforms, using performance analytics to guide decisions and keep every campaign running on strategy and on time. You'll build relationships with influencers and support the delivery of engaging campaigns that align with our brand values and objectives. Alongside this, you're well-rounded and hungry to create engaging social-first content, comfortable coming up with your own ideas, executing them hands-on, or briefing others to bring them to life.

You'll work closely with the PR & Influencer Manager on influencer strategy and partnerships, and with the Social Content Creator, who brings the ideas and execution to life, ensuring everything is planned, on brand, and delivered on time. This role requires an analytical, organised, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to innovate.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content, including posts, stories, and reels.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversion) across all platforms, identifying trends and patterns to understand what's driving performance.
  • Set and track KPIs across engagement, reach, and follower growth for each platform, using performance data to inform future content and campaign decisions.
  • Turn analysis into clear, actionable reporting for the wider marketing team, translating data into recommendations that shape future content, cadence, and campaign strategy, not just documenting what happened.
  • Keep a regular pulse on competitor and industry benchmarks to contextualise our performance and spot opportunities.
  • Work alongside our customer service team to ensure customer enquiries through social media channels are responded to accordingly and in a timely manner.
  • Partner closely with the Social Content Creator, briefing them on content needs and cadence and ensuring the content calendar translates into engaging, on-brand execution.
  • Contribute your own content ideas, and be ready to jump in execute or brief content, not just plan and schedule it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
