Our enhanced parental leave policy is designed to give new parents the time, flexibility and support they need to enjoy their next chapter. 🕐 Flexible Hours: Some people are early birds and others like to start later. We trust our team to get their work done, so you can choose your start and finish times to suit you. ❤️ Equality & Inclusion: We’re committed to equality of opportunity for all. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Lead the development of influencer campaigns, shaping creative approaches, creator briefs, deliverables and content strategies that are built for the platforms they live on.

  • Oversee both planned and reactive social content, making sure brands show up consistently while remaining responsive to culture and conversation.
  • Lead community strategy and oversee your team as they bring it to life through day-to-day community management.
  • Guide your team to stay plugged into culture, trends, creators and platform shifts, helping them identify and activate the right opportunities for clients in real time.
  • Use social and influencer performance data to understand what is working, optimise activity and turn learnings into stronger future strategies.
  • Mentor and manage your team, providing the structure, feedback and support needed to raise the standard of both social and influencer work.
  • Help drive innovation across our social and influencer offering, exploring emerging creator models, social commerce, social SEO, new platform features and changes in how people discover and engage with brands.
  • Support new business, shaping and presenting social and influencer strategies that demonstrate clear thinking, cultural understanding and commercial impact.
