Social Media & Influencer Manager

Finchley, North London | Full-Time | Office-Based

Help Shape the Future of One of the UK's Fastest-Growing Wellness Brands

We're on a mission to help people live healthier lives through premium nutritional supplements trusted by customers in over 15 countries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Social Media & Influencer Manager to take our social presence to the next level.

This isn't a traditional social media role. We're looking for someone who understands that today's social media is about building communities, driving ecommerce growth, creating scroll-stopping content and turning creators into brand advocates.

If you're equally excited by TikTok trends, influencer partnerships, social commerce and commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow our social ecosystem, including:
    • Developing and executing our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
    • Planning, filming, editing and publishing engaging short-form content.
    • Building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors and affiliates.
    • Leading our TikTok Shop and social commerce strategy, including live shopping events and creator collaborations.
    • Working closely with Ecommerce, CRM, Paid Media and Brand teams to create campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and sales.
    • Spotting trends before everyone else—whether that's AI-powered search, new content formats or the latest creator opportunities.
    • Measuring performance, analysing insights and continually improving results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
