You’ll lead our social media, influencer and creator-community strategy, ensuring these channels work together to drive brand connection, audience growth, engagement, advocacy and commercial impact. Working closely with the Senior Brand Activation Manager, you’ll provide leadership to the team while building a modern, creator-led approach for the future.

Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver the social media, influencer and creator-community strategy, translating brand priorities into clear plans that drive engagement, advocacy and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team, setting clear objectives, standards and development plans that build capability and performance.
  • Act as the go-to expert across social media, influencer marketing and creator partnerships, championing social-first thinking across the business.
  • Own the performance framework, using insight and data to optimise engagement, reach, audience quality and return on investment.
  • Lead planning around campaigns, launches, seasonal priorities and key trading moments, ensuring activity is joined up across Brand, PR, Online and Commercial teams.
  • Identify emerging opportunities across platforms, creator culture, social commerce, AI and content innovation, turning them into practical recommendations that support future growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
