Social Media & Influencer Manager
12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of a permanent position
London, United Kingdom | Full-time | 2-3 days in the office, flexible working environment
About CO-ANU
CO-ANU is a creator and social-first agency helping premium and luxury brands build cultural relevance through influencer marketing, social media and creative storytelling. With growing teams in London and Dubai, we work across a growing portfolio of fragrance, beauty and lifestyle clients.
About the role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our London team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the possibility of staying with the agency beyond the initial term. You’ll support across client social channels, content planning and creative development, while taking ownership of influencer campaigns as briefs come into the agency. The balance of social and influencer work will evolve with our clients’ needs and new projects. Working closely with the Director, Creative Strategist and wider team, you’ll turn social trends, creator insights and cultural moments into relevant ideas for our brands. We’re looking for someone with hands-on social media experience, strong creative instincts and the ability to connect social content with wider influencer campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of client social channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community management where required.
- Help develop monthly content calendars aligned with each brand’s objectives, tone of voice and campaign priorities.
- Stay up to date with Instagram, TikTok, emerging creators, content formats and cultural moments, identifying relevant opportunities for clients.
- Contribute social-first creative concepts, content briefs and copy, working with the wider team to bring ideas to life.
- Monitor social performance and contribute insights and recommendations to client reports and future content plans.
- Connect social and influencer activity, identifying opportunities to incorporate creator content into wider brand campaigns, with appropriate usage rights.
- Manage influencer campaigns as briefs arise, from creator research and recommendations through to outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content approvals, activation and reporting.
- Identify and build relationships with creators across nano, micro, mid-tier and leading talent, assessing brand fit, audience relevance and performance.
- Coordinate gifting and product seeding, including creator communication, send-outs and shipping logistics.
- Track influencer content, campaign budgets, deliverables and agreed KPIs, producing clear reports and recommendations.
- Use Modash, PandaDoc and other relevant influencer and campaign management platforms to support research, contracting and delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, present ideas and provide clear, proactive updates on progress, approvals and next steps.
- Coordinate multiple accounts and projects, keeping deadlines, content checks and approvals on track.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
